# Where do I go for support if I have a complaint?

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the first step we ask you to take is to return the product (or the remains of the product) to the store from which it was purchased, so that it can be investigated. As per our Returns Policy, returning to the store entitles you to a full refund or a replacement, and gives our passionate team of bakers the opportunity to rectify the issue in-store at the first point of contact.
